This hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city and close to the skytrain. It's so convenient for exploring Bangkok and getting around. The rooms are spacious and have great views over the city, which is a plus. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast spread is decent, with a good selection of both oriental and western options to choose from.
All in all, our experience at this hotel was great and there's nothing major that could be improved.
